FAQ

At present we accept cash payments or card payments made upon completion of the work. If you are not in we will leave an invoice and your can either send payment by cheque, bank transfer or alternatively we can collect payment at a time suitable for you. We ask that you make any payments promptly within 7 days.

The amount of time between cleaning your windows is up to you. We offer 4 Weeks, 6 Weeks or 8 Weeks, but the frequency is completely up to you. Ideally, we suggest 6 - 8 weeks between cleans as this keeps your windows in a clean state, without excess build up of dirt.

At Daylight Cleaning we offer our customers complete freedom. If you wish to hold off a clean for a few months or cancel, that's not a problem and you are not in an contract with us. Hopefully, you will be completely satisfied with our work and feel that there is no need to cancel.

If you need a one off clean or your external conservatory roof cleaned, just let us know. If you have a clean due, then we will add on a small charge for the extra clean. If your clean is not due for a number of weeks and you feel that you cannot wait, then we normally charge a full clean to cover the cost of a trip. However, this will still be a low cost price

We normally work during the week, Monday to Friday. However, if you need your windows cleaned in the evening or during the weekend, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
